Notes from June 25, 2009 Board Meeting:

• Voted to hire a security company for 40+ hours a week, with the understanding that hiring security increases our liability and possibly the cost of insurance - as a security guard not only protects, but may instill a false sense of security in some swimmers.
• Voted to hire a consult with DPS to see how to beef up rules and security measures at the pool and around the neighborhood.
• Newsletter will be going out soon - Janie to get Neighborhood watch information to Lorell and Ranti.
• Voted to install 2 flag poles in the front of the subdivision - pending official bid and installation costs. 
• Will order signs to announce new security and to announce future board meetings.  
  

Monthly board meetings are usually held on the third Thursday of the Month.

The next board meeting is:  July 16, 2009 6:30 PM
